Linda Douglas (MSc, BA, TQFE) is an educationalist in Further and Higher Education specialising in social work/care.
She has trained extensively in yoga and made her first trip to India in 2003, where she initiated studies with Sri K Pattabhi Jois and Sharath Ragaswamy. She is the 3rd teacher in Scotland to be Authorised to teach Ashtanga Yoga by the Ashtanga Yoga Institute, Mysore. She has also studied in ashrams in the Himalayas as well as with international yoga teachers including Sri Dharma Mittra, Ana Forrest, David Swenson and Shiva Rea. She has also trained as a tai chi and qi gong instructor. Peter Davies, MSc, MCSP, MACP, qualified as a Physiotherapist in 1985, studied Acupuncture in 1988 and Manipulative Physiotherapy in 1994 at Sydney University. Peter has taught Manual Therapy for several years to undergraduate Physiotherapy students, General Practitioners and Postgraduate Masters students at Glasgow Caledonian University. Peter has a keen interest in the integration of holistic philosophies with his current clinical practice. He now runs a private practice full-time in the West End of Edinburgh.
