New Upper Extremities Exercises
We are pleased to announce that Physiotools have added 92 updated Upper Extremity Exercises with videos, to Physiotools Online Premium - and there are more to come.
Our special focus has been in movement technique with proper correct biomechanics and body alignment. You will find:
- easy joint mobilising exercises
- a wide selection of exercise band and dumbbell exercises for shoulder blade, shoulder and rotator cuff muscles in different starting positions
- closed kinetic chain exercises, progressing from all fours position to challenging plank exercises, integrating the whole body.
- exercises without equipment.
The exercises are a combination of new and updated versions of existing exercises, which will be of particular interest to professionals working in Physiotherapy (MSK rehab) and Sports & Fitness.
