Intended for fitness experts and healthcare professionals instructing the 55+ in using gym equipment to improve strength, mobility and body control.
Special emphasis has been placed on the safety of the back. Most of the exercises can be applied to the weight stack machines of a variety of different manufacturers. The aim of the exercises is to improve the functional ability of the upper body; to enhance the functional ability of the back and to enhance the ability to move.
