Active Rehabilitation MFT and Sequence Training
- By Uwe Hallmann & Tomas Lihagen
Designed for the therapist who has knowledge of active rehabilitation. It includes isolated and functional training using equipment.
It includes isolated and functional training for the upper and lower extremities as well as muscle, mobility and co-ordination training for the back. Active rehabilitation exercises are performed using equipment, for example, pulley and free weights. Sequence training contains exercises for the back, upper and lower extremities using sequence training equipment. Each exercise can be used for different purposes depending on the resistance in the exercise and the way it is performed, e.g. stimulation of damaged structures/tissues, functional training, compensatory training or alternative training.
