These exercises have been designed especially for seniors living independently at home.
The exercises include strengthening, balance training and range of movement exercises, and some combine physical and cognitive abilities. Most exercises can be performed without equipment, with and without support. They also include chair-based and bed exercises plus cardiovascular training using motorized movement therapy trainers.
