Neurodynamics - Cervical Exercises

Michael Shacklock Exercises

These Micael Shacklock exercises are compiled to help the therapist provide a comprehensive range of safe and specific exercises for self-treatment in patients with musculoskeletal disorders with a neural component or cause.

Product details

Based on the principles described in Michael Shacklock's text book 'Clinical Neurodynamics', the Micael Shacklock exercises are built on known neurodynamic mechanisms. The diagnostic categories are related to common spinal and neural dysfunctions and also include specific progressions for persons at low levels of function. For example, acute severe pain, post-surgical and post-trauma conditions ranging up to high functional levels such as athletes, sports people and performing artists. Pictures and videos show the start, end and performance of each exercise. Includes evidence-based exercises.
