PT Extra

PT Extra contains a range of supplementary exercises requested by our customers, which is updated several times a year. The exercises are mainly for adults or healthy seniors however the majority of exercises are also suitable for youth and adolescent.

Product details

Currently includes exercises using various equipment (e.g.dumbbells, foam roller, exercise band, half ball etc.), but also exercises that do not require any specific equipment.  The exercise objectives include, but are not limited to, strengthening, stretching, joint mobilizing, myofascial techniques, balance and coordination, functional exercises and movement control and stability.
