Designed for the instructor or therapist to provide stretching exercises and training advice.
It contains stretching exercises for the trunk, upper and lower limb plus training advice on stretching, warm up, breathing and massage. The exercises should be used as part of a progression, beginning with the easiest and moving onto the harder movements. For each exercise a number of stretching types may be used, varying from static through to complex PNF procedures.
