Contains different stretching techniques, advice notes and stretching routines.
Includes static and dynamic stretching and mobility exercises for the feet/ankle, wrist/hand, neck/shoulder region, trunk, upper extremities and lower extremities. The difficulty of the exercises vary from basic to more advanced techniques. The module also contains Feldenkrais exercises for body awareness and relaxation and power stretching exercises using yoga poses. Stretching exercises using a chair are especially suitable for the elderly, but also perfect for office workers to pause prolonged sitting. Stretching for skiers includes basic mobility and stretching exercises for warm up/cool down using sticks. Suitable for anyone, but perfect for skiers and Nordic walkers.
