Includes barbell exercises and information to help in avoiding back problems: one can minimise the risk of back injury when lifting any load with the correct technique. The exercises with a barbell are suitable for people of all ages and sizes. By varying the barbell exercises, different training effects can be achieved according to the desired level of exercise. Barbell exercising develops all areas of physical performance in a versatile way.
